VACANCY: Account Manager

As an Account Manager you are the glue that holds the entire campaign process together, from brief to evaluation. You will be managing client campaigns from start to finish, so excellent project management skills will come naturally to you. You will be working closely with all service team members to make sure all campaigns are ready on time, within budget and most importantly that clients are happy. You will have loads of experience in delivering integrated campaigns end to end and be able to shout about your fantastic achievements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the lifecycle of client campaigns, including working closely with strategic planning, creative and production teams within the agency, presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients for approval, coordinating asset and video production and campaign delivery
  • Developing positive relationships with clients, gaining clients respect so they trust your judgements
  • A laser focus on ensuring that client requirements are fulfilled, budgets are adhered to, and production timings are met
  • Be seen as the day to day go to person for clients, offering informed expertise and advice, and always keeping in mind a client’s objectives and strategies
  • Creating detailed client marketing briefs, ensuring the brief is inspiring and subsequently working to deliver a campaign which answers client’s business, marketing, and comms objectives
  • Leading creative briefing sessions, along with the Strategic Planning Director, making sure the brief is robust and relevant to client objectives
  • Working closely with the creative and design teams, inspiring them to deliver on client briefs
  • Taking ownership of client contract accounts, including the planning and financial cycle, making sure campaigns are within budgets
  • Leading and delivering campaign reporting, and post-campaign analysis to clients
  • Keeping your head in the game with changes in competitive environments and new developments within the industry, as well as researching clients’ products, services, plans, advertising, competitors, and target markets
  • We are one team at S3 so sometimes we pitch in and help out other areas when needed

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience of working as an Account Manager at an Advertising Agency
  • Excellent client service skills with the ability to flex to clients’ needs
  • Problem solving skills and able to react positively to changing environments and deadlines
  • Ability to manage strict budgets, providing cost effective initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client campaigns
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and manage timelines efficiently
