VACANCY: Creative Lead

As a Creative Lead you will be conceptualising, creating, and delivering amazing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be an expert in interpreting briefs and transforming them into exceptional creative campaigns. You’ll specialise in ideation and have an inspiring portfolio to showcase your work. You won’t be alone though; you’ll work closely with others to bring your ideas to life and lend a hand throughout the whole process. You’ll also have a few other tricks up your sleeve such as copywriting for press, scripts, and social content.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Looking at creative briefs and coming up with the creative idea or solution that best meets the client’s objective
  • Using your skills in creative concepting you will create robust, quality advertising campaigns
  • Delivering the executions of your creative ideas, overseeing the entire creative process to make sure quality is top notch and the brief is on track
  • Communicating your ideas clearly both verbally and visually to other team members so everyone is on the same page
  • Pitching and presenting your ideas to clients and other team members
  • Championing existing creatives, working with them on their existing skill set to develop concepting ideas and execution of creative briefs
  • Accepting critical feedback from other team members on your ideas, working with others to evolve your own thinking
  • Working closely with the production team to make sure all executions are achievable, and the quality doesn’t slip
  • Following and maintaining processes and workarounds, making sure everything is on track and on time
  • Proactively problem solving, spotting issues early on and working with others to think outside the box for resolutions
  • Writing copy for voiceovers used in TV, and radio scripts, making sure all copy adheres to the tone of voice and is ready on time
  • We are one team at S3, so you’ll often roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help other departments when needed

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in Creative Ideation and concepting
  • A strong portfolio of existing work, showcasing multiple projects over different platforms and for a variety of clients
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to nurture and inspire others
  • A can-do attitude, able to solve difficult problems with strategic thinking
  • Strong writing skills with a copywriting portfolio demonstrating your work
  • Resilient to work under pressure to juggle a range of projects to tight deadlines
